Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Delivery Estimates: * Mumbai/Regional: 3-5 business days.
National: 5-7 business days.
Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Return & Refund Policy
At Innate Mind, we curate our journals and toolkits with deep intention. Because our products are designed for personal mental wellness and reflection, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy for "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse."
A. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are received in a damaged condition or have a manufacturing defect (e.g., misaligned binding, torn pages upon arrival).
Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a replacement, you must record an unboxing video starting from the intact outer courier seal. This video must clearly show the defect or damage.
Reporting Window: Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at disha@innatemind.org with your order number and the unboxing video.
B. Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pick-up and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
C. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective/wrong item is unavailable in our inventory. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.
After Shipping: Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. If a delivery is refused by the customer (except for damage), the shipping cost will be deducted from any potential store credit.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect your name, address, and email solely for order fulfilment and occasional wellness newsletters (with an opt-out option).
Security: We do not store your credit/debit card details; all payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways, such as Razorpay.
