Refund Policy
At Innate Mind, we value your time and commitment. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.
Appointment Cancellations
- Appointments may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations 12 hours before the appointment: No charges.
- Cancellation within 12 hours: 50% refund
- In an emergency, cancellation will be considered with a full refund only twice.
- Refund will be provided within 4-5 working days.
Workshops/
Webinars
- Registrations cancelled at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds are provided after this period.
- Refund will be provided within 4-5 working days.
Digital Products
- No refunds will be provided once the product is purchased.
