  • Who can seek therapy?
    Therapy is for everyone, regardless of age or economic background, seeking personal growth, healing from trauma, managing stress and anxiety, improving relationships, and overall well-being.
  • Does therapy include prescribing medicines?
    Therapy does not include prescribing medicines. However, if consulting a Psychiatrist/ Neurologist/ Physician is beneficial for the client's well-being then the Psychologist will suggest it.
  • For what concerns can I approach you for therapy?
    We offer therapy for a wide range of issues: Stress and burnout that are faced in day-to-day life. Work-related stress Generalised Anxiety and Depression Trauma related to past child sexual abuse, rape, emotional abuse and neglect abuse. Relationship conflicts Grief related to the demise of parents and pets or loss of relationship or finances. Adjustment and loneliness issues related to relocating to a different country or state.
  • What therapy approach is followed?
    Ms Disha follows an eclectic therapy approach based on the below mentioned psychotherapies is followed: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy Acceptance Commitment Therapy Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Solution-focused Behavioural Therapy Trauma-Focused Therapy Art Therapy Gestalt Therapy
  • What is the duration of each therapy session?
    The duration of each therapy session is 50 minutes.
  • Who should consider Career Counselling?
    Students from Class 10 onwards who are exploring the subject and stream, and their choices. College students or fresh graduates who are uncertain about what direction to take. Young professionals feeling stuck, confused, or looking to pivot Women returning to work after a break, looking for clarity, confidence, and purpose. Anyone feeling overwhelmed with too many options, or not knowing where to begin.
  • What will you gain?
